I would just like to boast that the last five days of my life have been absolutely wonderful!  I had some fabulous days at work, and got to spend a ton of time with my family.  It really does not get any better than that.  Well, if Eddie Vedder knocked on my door and sang me a song, that would almost be better.

My oldest turned nine and we had a little family party for her.  It was very loud in my house, but I love that everyone was able to come.  We even skyped with my sister in Seattle.  That made my mom very happy!

My husband had a 4 day weekend.  I have not spent that much time with him in forever.  Yesterday he cooked shrimp and chicken kabobs and holy moly were they yummy!

I think the best part was watching my girls come home on the bus for the first time.  What a parent moment for me!
