A few weekends ago, my sister had the pleasure of doing the flowers for a wedding.
My sister lives in Seattle, and her and the bride went to the market and just picked out flowers. I remember having to meet with my flower lady almost a year before I was married to develop a “plan” for the flowers.
The main colors were pink and brown. The dahlias are beautiful.
The boutonnières were made on a clothes pin. It does not get any easier than that. I personally like the suspenders.
My sister said the venue was gorgeous. I love that chandelier.
These were the centerpieces on each of the tables. The brown bottles are beer bottles. My little sis had to drink alot of beer to accomplish this. She found the paper flower and the glitter jar ideas on Pinterest.
Earthy, simple, and cute!
Well done sis, well done!
That is the most gorgeous shade of pink! And clothes pins? Genius! Your sis did a great job!
For the longest time she worked as a floral designer. I thought the clothes pins were genius.
